Our history begins in 2020, started from a boredom when looking at the blend architectural sytle buildings in Kota Malang. Our owner brings a regeneration of creative ideas by seeing an architectural point of view that is unique and interesting but still hospitable for the residents. Based in Jakarta, Semarang and now established in Malang, is commited to realizing expectations, ideas and dreams.

On our first project we had the opportunity to design a coffe shop with an acculturation of tropical and mediterranean concept. Kandara’s first project became one of the most phenomenal designs among cafe hopping in Malang. The courage in bringing differences brings Kandara to create more art.

From that moment Kandara has continued to innovate to offer new ideas. Now Kandara has a variety of products ranging from residential houses, boarding house and hostels. Since that , we will spread our wings to several cities in Indonesia to build more comfortable and luxurious space for everyine.
